Prepared Childbirth Classes for Christian Families--February 2009!

Welcome Home Baby is happy to announce that we will be offering a special class for Christian families in February 2009!

Here's the info:

Saturday, February 21st and Saturday, February 28th
9 AM to 4:30 PM

Christian Fellowship Church
4600 Christian Fellowship Road
Columbia, MO

We will be in Room 115

The cost is FREE and includes snacks, handouts, and a copy of Prepared Childbirth: The Family Way.

-How to prepare for birth
-What to expect during labor
-Labor pain
-Comfort measures for birth
-Birth choices
-Post-partum changes
-Early parenting skills
-The power of prayer in pregnancy, childbirth and parenting
